Patternless Casting System & Applications
This polyurethane patternless casting system works without molds. It accurately meters, mixes and casts PU prepolymer and curing agent onto rotating cores for one-step forming.
It features low cost, high efficiency, bubble-free and seamless finished products with stable hardness. Widely used for heavy-duty wheels, industrial rollers, solid tires, seals and other large elastomer parts.
